Choosing the treatment that best suits your skin
Deep Tissue Massage is a highly therapeutic treatment focused on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially beneficial for chronic aches and pains, contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. The strokes are similar to those used in Swedish massage, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
