Terms and Conditions

1 About us

Nara Simone Medispa is operated by NARA SIMONE LIMITED, company number 10318025. Our registered office is 2 Churchfield Road, London, W3 6EG. We run both clinics and are responsible for your booking, payment and treatment.

Acton: 2 Churchfield Road, London, W3 6EG. Telephone: 020 8896 0034.
New Alresford: 20 West Street, Hampshire, SO24 9AT. Telephone: 01962 582726.
Email: alyona.narasimone@gmail.com.

These terms cover our clinic website, consultations, treatments, gift vouchers and treatment packages. They do not cover the separate skincare shop, memberships or subscriptions. Treatment clients must be 18 or over.

2 Bookings and prices

Your booking is confirmed when we accept it and confirm the appointment details. A consultation does not commit you to treatment. Before you pay, you must be told the total price, any deposit, when the balance is due and the cancellation rules. Keep your confirmation.

A consultation advertised as free will not carry an undisclosed fee. Prices may change for future purchases, but an agreed booking or package cannot simply be repriced after purchase.

Phorest handles online bookings. Its separate platform terms also apply to use of that service: https://www.phorest.com/gb/termsandconditions-consumer/. They do not remove your legal rights or our responsibility for your treatment.

3 Your treatment

Treatment depends on an individual assessment. Tell us about relevant medical conditions, medicines, allergies, previous treatments and any changes, including pregnancy or breastfeeding where relevant. Follow any treatment-specific patch-test and preparation instructions.

Before treatment, you need to understand the benefits, risks, alternatives, costs and aftercare. You can ask questions, take time to decide or withdraw consent. Booking or paying is not consent to treatment. We may postpone or decline treatment for a reasonable safety or legal reason.

Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. This does not remove your right to treatment carried out with reasonable care and skill.

4 Changing or missing an appointment

Contact the clinic as soon as possible if you need to cancel, rearrange or will be late. The notice period and any charge must be explained before you book. Any charge or deposit kept must be fair, reflect our loss and take account of costs saved and opportunities to refill the appointment.

If we cancel and cannot provide the agreed service, you can choose a replacement appointment or a refund for the service not provided. You do not have to accept credit. If treatment becomes unsuitable, we will discuss the unused treatment and any refund due.

5 Online and telephone purchases

For online or telephone service purchases covered by the cancellation rules, you have 14 days after the day the contract is made to change your mind. Some purchases have specific legal exceptions; any applicable exception must be explained before purchase. There is no general change-of-mind period for purchases made in the clinic.

To cancel, email or write to us using the details in section 1, or telephone the clinic. Send a clear statement before the deadline. You do not need to use a special form.

If you expressly ask us to start a covered service during those 14 days, you may have to pay fairly for the part already supplied if you cancel. You lose the cancellation right after the whole service is completed only if you requested the early start and acknowledged this beforehand. Using one session does not complete a whole package.

Where these cancellation rules require a refund, we will make it within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, less any lawful payment for services already supplied. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

6 Gift vouchers and packages

Our company issues the vouchers and packages. Before purchase, the offer must explain what is included, where it can be used, its expiry date and any booking or transfer restrictions. A voucher is not an appointment or a guarantee that treatment is suitable.

Book in good time and tell us if you cannot use your voucher or finish a course. We will discuss suitability, unused value or sessions, and any extension or refund due. If we cannot supply what was promised, your legal refund rights still apply. A missed package appointment must not attract duplicate charges for the same loss.

7 Aftercare and complaints

Follow your treatment-specific aftercare advice. Contact the clinic if you are worried about a reaction or result. Do not wait for an email or complaint response if you need urgent medical help. Send complaints to alyona.narasimone@gmail.com, call the relevant clinic or write to our registered office. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. If a further complaints or dispute-resolution scheme applies, we will explain how to use it.

8 Your rights and website use

If a service is not carried out properly, you may be entitled to it being put right, a price reduction or another legal remedy. Nothing here removes your consumer rights or limits liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.

Website information is general and does not replace an assessment. You may save these terms for personal use; commercial use of our website materials needs permission. Do not misuse the site. Website updates do not automatically change an existing purchase. English and Welsh law applies, with any mandatory consumer protections and local court rights preserved.
